Although your colleague expressed willingness to pay for this fee, we are unable to accept such a payment as we require the payment to be made by the recipient. We cannot accept payments in advance due to the time-sensitive nature of this shipment.

If we do not hear from you before the expiration date of your package, we may be forced to refer it to the British Commission for Welfare, as the package does not have a return address.
